A sports fan who still has not come to terms with the sale of the Sonics to Oklahoma City, Todd W. Wyatt represents companies and individuals in business, employment, and real estate litigation. He frequently appears in both state and federal courts representing clients in contract disputes, employment law, business ownership and control disputes, real estate, environmental issues, and other general commercial litigation matters. Todd graduated summa cum laude from Seattle University School of Law.  He is a former clerk for the Hon. Richard C. Tallman on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Todd graduated from Whitman College, and he lives in Issaquah with his wife and three children.  When away from work, he enjoys coaching youth sports and attempting to cure his incurable golf swing.

An avid outdoorswoman, Kellie C. Gronski specializes in real estate, contract law, business transactions, and business and contract disputes.  Kellie is a subject-matter expert in community association law, including single-family and condominium communities, covenants, amendments, and public offering statements.  Kellie also routinely advises business clients regarding company formation, operation, partnership agreements, and the purchase and sale of businesses.  Kellie graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder, receiving awards for both moot court and her clinic work, and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington.  Kellie lives in Issaquah with her twin daughters.
